In the latest edition of DG Speaks, District Governor Rotarian Lanre Adedoyin provided an update to all Rotarians via the online forum.
Key topics covered by DG Rotarian Lanre included updates on Membership, contributions to the Rotary Foundation, the number of clubs visited, his itinerary, the ongoing online monthly learning series, Interact Week, and the upcoming ROSFEST Media Parley set for Wednesday, October 29th, as well as the Evening with the District Governor scheduled for Friday, October 31st, 2025.
Additionally, updates were provided on District Dues, Rotary International Dues, the Multi Club initiative, the Rotary Foundation Seminar, RLI, the District Directory, the visit of the Rotary Foundation Trustee Chair to Nigeria, the West Africa Project Fair, the Women in Rotary Retreat, the All Nigeria Rotary Conference, the Family in Rotary Funfair, the Christmas Carol event, the Rotary Sports Festival (ROSFEST), the Rotary Foundation Fundraising Dinner, the District Interact Conference, DISCON 2026, and the RI Convention in Taipei, Taiwan.
In concluding his remarks, the District Governor expressed gratitude to all Rotarians for their continued participation in the live broadcasts of the DG Speaks online forum and thanked them for their ongoing District support.
The session wrapped up with committee chairs sharing information about upcoming district programs they lead.
The October edition of DG Speaks 4.0 was hosted by Public Image Chairman PAG Ehi Braimah, with Rotarian Temi Ayorinde serving as co-host. Notably, the Public Image Chair graciously allocated airtime for the first five Rotarians to join the live broadcast, thereby promoting early participation.
