On January 28, 2026, the Ethics in Business and Professions Committee of Rotary District 9112, led by PP Nkeiruka Balogun, hosted a highly successful seminar themed “Building Trust and Integrity.” The event brought together esteemed industry leaders and intellectuals to discuss critical issues shaping business practices and professional standards in today’s global economy.

The seminar focused on building trust as a foundation for progress and sustainability. Keynote speaker Prof. Oseni Taiwo Afisi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), Lagos State University (LASU), delivered an address on “Building Ethical Culture in Organizations: Essential for Progress and Sustainability.”

A panel session followed, moderated by Dr. Oladimeji Olatunji-Audu, Managing Director/CEO of Atrium Homes Limited, featuring distinguished speakers:

– Dr. Ayobami Folarin Elegunde, Associate Professor of Business Administration, LASU

– Mrs. Chidinma Abiakalam, Mental Health Trainer and Counselor

– Dr. Luqman Olatunbosun Emiola, Director of Human Resources and Administration, FAAN

– Engr. Christopher Amakulo, Director of Special Duties, NIMASA

The event was held at Keystone Bank Hall, Rotary Centre, Ikeja, and included award presentations and a member induction.
