(+Photos) DISCON 9112, Friday, May 23rd Highights
The District Conference of Rotary International District 9112 took place from Thursday, May 22 to Sunday, May 25, attracting thousands of Rotarians from both within and outside the District. The pioneer District Governor, Rotarian Olufemi Adenekan, and the entire District warmly welcomed Rtn. Consigliere Alberto Cecchini, who represented Rotary International President Stephanie Urchick, along with his cousin, Rtn. Corrado Danilo Cirilli. The DISCON chairman, PAG Tony Eigbokhan, along with his team, ensured that everyone left satisfied with the well-packaged and successful program.
During their close to two-week visit to Nigeria, RI representative Rtn. Alberto and his cousin Corrado toured various cities, visited project sites, commissioned projects for various clubs, had fellowship with different clubs, and visited royal fathers, among many other activities.
